Many surfaces require pre-treatment with a primer before painting. This protects the material and helps some paints to fully develop their opacity and radiance. In general, primer sprays increase the longevity of paints and varnishes. The Montana Primer Sprays are the perfect base for your painting work.

Montana Cans primers have been developed for solvent-sensitive and highly absorbent materials. On these and other surfaces, Montana Primer Sprays provide an excellent paint finish with synthetic nitro or acrylic paints. The primer sprays are easy to apply, sand and overpaint. The optimized adhesion of the paint to the base is guaranteed by the innovative bonding formula of the Montana Primer Line. The products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The Montana Primer Line includes 4 different variants in 400ml cans: Plastic Primer, Styrofoam Primer, Universal Primer, Aluminum and Metal Primer.

Instructions for use:

The primer should be applied in several thin layers. Each individual layer requires a drying time of approx. 10 minutes. The respective lower layer should not be completely dry to improve the adhesion of the new layer. Further layers may require a drying time of up to 24 hours. The primer should be tested in an inconspicuous place before use. Shake the spray can well for at least 3 minutes before use.
