The second BLACKBOOK gives you a deep insight into the 30-year trainwriting history of none other than the graffiti writer ABIS. ABIS belongs to the second generation of graffiti writers in Potsdam. His focus quickly turned to the tunnels and sidings of the neighbouring German capital Berlin. Over the next three decades, he shaped the Berlin train writing game with his extremely distinctive styles. In the Blackbook you get the documentation of the countless panels and Wholecars. ABIS is one of the few trainwriters in Germany who always kept moving and seemingly never stopped. It was therefore a challenge to create this book with the aim of honouring such a long time in an appropriate and representative way.

More than 400 carefully selected photos from ABIS' private archives, dating back to the nineties, adorn this book. In addition to the visual impressions, ABIS also shares his thoughts and stories about important periods and events. Guest contributions from fellow graffiti writers such as KEAS, AREA, LION, ROY, DENIS and KONE complete the multifaceted presentation.
